Grady Miars, President and COO speaks at Tallahassee Chamber Community Conference

GreenPointe Holdings President and COO Grady Miars joined business and community leaders at the Tallahassee Community Conference on Sunday, August 16 to discuss master-planned communities and Tallahassee's next chapter. Grady shared GreenPointe's perspective on thoughtful, long-term development, highlighting TalisTrails as an example of how intentional planning can create a strong sense of place while supporting the region's continued growth. As Tallahassee grows, the conversation is not simply about whether it grows, but how - and how thoughtful development can help shape a community for generations to come.

The Annual Tallahassee Chamber Community Conference is a multi-day leadership and networking event hosted by the Greater Tallahassee Chamber of Commerce. The 2026 event took place August 13-16 at the Ritz-Carlton on Amelia Island, presented by FSU Health, bringing together regional business and political leaders.
