Willkie advised Harbor Group International, LLC on its acquisition of a portfolio of nine multifamily properties from AH Realty Trust (NYSE: AHRT) for approximately $485 million.

On May 21, Harbor Group International announced that it closed the acquisition of nine properties from AH Realty Trust as part of an 11-property portfolio it previously agreed to acquire for approximately $562 million. The remaining two properties are under contract and expected to close at a later date.

Harbor Group International, LLC is a privately owned global real estate investment and management firm with a focus on multifamily, office, and other real estate asset classes. In 2025, MSCI ranked the firm as the top buyer of multifamily real estate in the United States, having completed $2.55 billion in acquisitions, including multiple large-scale portfolio transactions across key markets.
