WeWork is providing members with smarter real estate solutions for a smarter way to work across 21 new countries
Global - February 6, 2026 - WeWork, a leading global real estate platform, today announced the expansion of its Coworking Partner Network with the addition of more than 900 third-party coworking operators internationally and across North America, bringing its network of instantly bookable locations to approximately 2,000 across the globe. The Coworking Partner Network's international footprint now includes key markets in 21 countries - notably the United Kingdom, France, Portugal, Spain, Mexico, Australia and Thailand.
Launched in October 2024, the Coworking Partner Network supports companies with increasingly distributed and mobile teams, providing them with smarter real estate solutions for a smarter way to work. Currently, access is limited to members who subscribe to our WeWork Workplace technology, enabling them to reserve an expanded selection of workspaces directly through WeWork's digital channels, such as the WeWork app and their bespoke member portal. The company is planning to expand access to all members later this year.
"Following the successful launch of our Coworking Partner Network in the U.S. and Canada, we're excited to expand the program into new international markets," said Luke Armstrong, Regional President, EMEA & APAC at WeWork. "By partnering with trusted local operators, we can tap into their regional, local and specialized expertise to benefit members who may be seeking to enter or expand in new markets. This approach not only reinforces our asset-light strategy, but also provides our enterprise customers greater flexibility and choice in how they support their workforce globally while allowing us to help them build blended portfolios of space that flex with their business needs."
The Coworking Partner Network addresses a multitude of business needs, notably employee mobility, project-based work, and market entry. By utilizing their partners' existing infrastructure, WeWork can scale its global offering and provide a consistent, enterprise-grade booking experience via a single platform. The Coworking Partner Network significantly reinforces the collaborative relationship between WeWork and the independent coworking operators it partners with globally.
WeWork's global real estate platform provides companies with optionality, enabling them to build a customized blended portfolio of workspaces that flexes with their business needs, and delivers speed and precision at a global scale.
