Chubb Announces Claims Leadership Appointments

Lisa Wilson named Head of North America Claims; Jamie Trish appointed Global Claims Operations Officer; Norm Rafsol becomes Global Claims Technical Director

NEW YORK, October 15, 2026 -- Chubb Limited (NYSE: CB) today announced three leadership appointments within its Global Claims organization.

Lisa Wilson has been named Head of North America Claims, overseeing all aspects of North America Commercial and Personal Lines claims and services, effective immediately. She will lead claim handling, technical execution and further embed digital capabilities into claims processes. Wilson will report to Kevin Rampe, Senior Vice President, Chubb Group, Global Claims Officer and Juan Luis Ortega, Executive Vice President, Chubb Group, President North America Insurance.

"She has a proven track record leading teams with service and technical distinction, and I am confident her leadership will help us expand upon Chubb's legacy of claims excellence."

Jamie Trish has been named Global Claims Operations Officer, responsible for the Global Claims operational infrastructure. Trish will define operational priorities, service standards, and operating models, with oversight including claim centers, vendor management and customer experience around the globe. Her appointment is effective October 26, and she will also report to Rampe.

"Jamie brings expertise in operations and execution to our Global Claims team," said Rampe. "She will strengthen our operational capabilities across our footprint to ensure Chubb Claims is positioned to deliver consistent, superior outcomes at scale."

Norm Rafsol has been appointed Global Claims Technical Director, effective immediately. He will be responsible for working across Chubb's claims organization to strengthen its global framework for reporting and monitoring material claims, claim trends, developments, and emerging exposures. He will also provide technical oversight of Chubb's world-class standards for complex and high severity claims globally. Rafsol will report to Rampe.

Wilson joined Chubb in 2023, most recently serving as Chubb's Deputy Head of North America Claims. She previously was Head of Coverage and Complex Claims and Division President of Brandywine Holdings, overseeing the company's legacy and runoff claims organization. Prior to joining Chubb, Wilson led legal and claims functions at CNA. She began her career as a litigation attorney focused on insurance coverage. Wilson is a graduate of the University of California, Santa Barbara and University of San Francisco School of Law.

Trish joined Chubb in 2024 as Claims Transformation Officer before becoming Chubb's Global Transformation Officer. Before joining Chubb, Trish was President of Fairmatic (now LEEO) and held several senior leadership roles at Allstate Business Insurance and Liberty Mutual. She began her career as a financial consultant at two industry-leading firms. Trish is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania and holds a Master of Business Administration from MIT Sloan School of Management.

Rafsol joined Chubb in 2007 as Senior Vice President, Professional Liability Underwriting, and most recently held the role of Head of Financial Lines, Cyber Claims and Claims Segmentation, with oversight of Canada and Bermuda Claims. During his tenure with the company, he also managed Casualty Claims and Chubb's Regional Claims Executives. Rafsol joined Chubb from American International Group (AIG) where he held a variety of claims and underwriting management positions. He began his career with Medical Liability Mutual Insurance Company. Rafsol is a graduate of the State University of New York at Oswego.
