Norton Rose Fulbright, nine US lawyers ranked in the 2026 Patent Litigation Intelligence Report

Norton Rose Fulbright ranked as one of the top 20 Best Performing Law Firms Overall and the Best Performing Law Firms Representing Defendants in Patexia 's 2026 Patent Litigation Intelligence Report. Nine US lawyers also earned recognition from Patexia for being among the top patentlitigators in the sixth annual report.

Norton Rose Fulbright ranked 11th for its performance representing defendants, while also jumping 10 spots from 25th to 15th since last year for overall performance (representing defendants and plaintiffs). The firm was also one of the top 10 Most Active Law Firms Representing Defendants and among the top 30 Most Active Law firms Overall (defendants or plaintiffs).

The annual report focuses on patent litigation filed in US District Courts between July 1, 2020, and June 30, 2025. Patexia's proprietary ranking methodology examines case volume, filing location, frequently contested technologies and case outcomes across courts, judges, companies, law firms and lawyers.
