Join City staff and departments at a series of budget meetings across Fort Worth to provide feedback about the recommended Fiscal Year 2027 budget.

Residents can ask questions at each of the meetings, and questions can also be submitted online. https://www.connectfw.com/fy2027-budget

What happens next?

City Council will continue budget work sessions over the coming weeks.

Public hearings on the proposed tax rate and recommended budget, along with fee ordinance adoption, are scheduled for Sept. 8.

City Council is scheduled to consider adoption of the tax rate, operating budget and five-year capital improvement plan on Sept. 15.

The City's new fiscal year begins Oct. 1.
