13-Year-Old Shooting Suspect Arrested For Injuring Man On Burning Tree Drive

A 13-year-old was arrested today for the September 2nd shooting on Burning Tree Drive that injured a 21-year-old man. The investigation showed the juvenile approached the victim in the apartment complex and fired at him before fleeing.

The victim was shot twice in the arm and transported to Skyline Medical Center for treatment.

The 13-year-old was charged in Juvenile Court with attempted homicide, juvenile handgun possession and employing a firearm during the commission of a dangerous felony.
