ICYMI: Congresswoman Frederica Wilson Urges Mayor Levine Cava to Veto Fluoride Resolution

Miami, FL - Today, April 8, Congresswoman Frederica Wilson announced on social media her statement on the Miami-Dade County Commission's resolution to take fluoride out of tap water:

"My grandparents had dentures and partial plates-and their story is just one of many.

"Back then, tiny drops of fluoride were not added to the water.

"Keeping fluoride in our water benefits everyone-children, adults, and our entire community-by preventing cavities and promoting good oral health.

"I urge Mayor Cava to VETO this unnecessary resolution."
