Fried Frank is advising Spanish Broadcasting System, Inc. and its subsidiaries, as debtors, in connection with its voluntary prepackaged chapter 11 cases in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware, which will implement the restructuring contemplated by its previously announced Restructuring Support Agreement.
The plan of reorganization will provide a comprehensive balance sheet restructuring that will reduce the company's debt and position it for long-term success. For more on the transaction, read the company's press release.
"This transaction and proposed plan allows our client to continue operating normally while strengthening its long-term financial position," commented lawyer Jennifer Rodburg.
Restructuring partner Jennifer L. Rodburg is leading the Fried Frank team, which includes senior counsel Brad Eric Scheler, and associates Thomas Dunn and Robert Bickford.
In addition, the deeply experienced Fried Frank deal team draws insight into the capital markets, finance industry, real estate matters and tax compliance from partners John M. Bibona, Emil Buchman, Alan S. Kaden and Joshua Wechsler; special counsel Ryan L. Conley and Melissa A.
