Garden Grove Housing Authority Seeks Public Input on Local Rent Prices

The Garden Grove Housing Authority, in partnership with the Orange County, Anaheim and Santa Ana housing authorities, is inviting renters to participate in a survey about local rent prices. Responses will help inform updates to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Fair Market Rents.

Orange County renters ages 18 and older are encouraged to complete the survey by Friday, Nov. 20, 2026. The survey is anonymous, and responses will be used solely for this study. Fair Market Rents estimate local rental costs and help housing authorities determine rental assistance amounts for programs such as the Housing Choice Voucher Program.
