Fair housing guidance for tenant screening free webinar Nov. 5


For landlords, property managers and nonprofit housing providers in Thurston County

Attend noon to 1 p.m. on Wed., Nov. 5, 2025 and learn about the most recent 2024 HUD guidance about screening companies and eligibility requirements. Review the guidance on policies with potential fair housing liability, such as "credit scores over 650" and "no money owed to a prior landlord". The workshop is a chance to build skills on working with requirements and balancing business-related needs to decrease discriminatory impact.
