Onondaga County - The Town of Tully Town Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Local Law # 3, 2025 Large Wind Energy Conversion System Overlay District will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the Local Law (LL) to establish large wind energy conversion overlay district. The project is located throughout the Town of Tully, New York.
