New culvert for Kelsey Creek on Lake to Lake

This spring we will replace the aging, undersized culvert beneath Lake Hills Boulevard. The project, which will necessitate a two-month closure of Lake Hills Boulevard, is featured on the current Lake to Lake news show, along with utility bill assistance, heat pumps and a Black History Month art exhibit.
