A Tree’s Journey: In Celebration of Earth Day
In celebration of Earth Day week, this uplifting class invites youth to explore growth, resilience, and connection through the story of a tree.
Participants will read My Tree and Me: A Book of Seasons, reflect on a meaningful tree through drawing and sharing, and embody the strength of a tree through playful movement.
The class concludes with a peaceful forest visualization meditation, helping children feel calm, grounded, and steady like a tree through every season. Guardians are welcome to drop off their child for this class. Please pre-register so we can plan accordingly.
