Suspect in November Brighton Stabbing Arrested

At about 10:02 PM, on Monday, November 2nd, 2024, Officers assigned to District D-14 (Brighton) responded to a radio call for a person stabbed at the intersection of Commonwealth Ave. and Warren St., Brighton.

Upon arrival, Officers located a 36-year-old male victim, who was being treated by Boston EMS for multiple stab wounds. The victim was transported to a local hospital for serious, but non-life-threatening injuries.

District D-14 Detectives responded, and after conducting a thorough investigation, determined the identity of the suspect involved.

At about 6:30 PM, on Tuesday, November 5th, 2024, D-14 Detectives and the D-14 Drug Control Unit (DCU) arrested 43-year-ol Hans Pierre, of Brighton, outside of his residence for the aforementioned stabbing.

Hans Pierre is expected to be arraigned in Brighton District Court for the charge of Assault & Battery With a Dangerous Weapon (Knife).
