The California Secretary of State is bringing an Apostille Pop-up Shop to Sonoma County on Thursday, July 17, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at 585 Fiscal Drive, Room 103, in Santa Rosa. An apostille authenticates signatures on documents for use in other countries.
