Convenience Center hang tags sales moving to Cousins School

NEWTON COUNTY, GA - The Newton County Solid Waste Authority announces the relocation of in-person sales for the County's Convenience and Recycling Center hang tags to Cousins School, effective June 1.

The sales, which previously have taken place inside the Historic Courthouse, will be located at 8134 Geiger Street, NW, in the office most recently occupied by Newton County Family Connection.

Any sales via mail will also be sent to the new address. Online hang tag sales are still available at NewtonCountyga.gov.

The current hang tag runs through June 30 with a new hang tag needed for entrance to one of the County's convenience centers by July 1. The newly located office will open with the 2025-26 hang tags on sale for $185

Newton County's convenience centers are located at 2010 Adams Circle, Covington, 11575 Covington Bypass Road, Covington, 112 Oak Hill Road, Covington, 10545 Hwy 36, Covington, 14645 Hwy. 36, Covington and 70 Stone Road, Oxford.
