Orange County, Fla- Orange County Government will attend a groundbreaking ceremony on Tuesday, September 23, 2025, at 10:30 a.m. to celebrate the start of construction on a 137-unit affordable apartment community located at 30 S. The County is committed to funding projects like Ivey Flats with the hope of providing more affordable housing units to the area's most vulnerable, cost-burdened residents.
