Wiley Recognized as 2024 Top Performer and Compass Award Recipient by the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity

Wiley has been recognized as a 2024 Top Performer and named a recipient of the 2024 Compass Award by the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity (LCLD). This marks the fourth time Wiley has been named to this prestigious award.

Wiley is recognized for its engagement with LCLD programs and activities including its Pathfinder Program, which connects early-career diverse attorneys with leadership and relationship-building resources, and the Fellows Program, which prepares mid-career attorneys with professional and personal development opportunities.

Earlier this year, Wiley partner Lukman Azeez was selected for the 2024 Fellows Program, and associates Brooke M. DeLoatch and Paul A. Devamithran were selected for the 2024 class of LCLD Pathfinders.

The LCLD consists of more than 400 corporate chief legal officers and law firm managing partners who are committed to building a truly diverse U.S. legal profession.
