Kirkland Advises Cogenuity Partners on Acquisition of Tech Tube and Tube Methods

Kirkland & Ellis advised Cogenuity Partners, a lower middle market private equity firm investing in critical businesses within the advanced industrial economy, on its acquisition of Tech Tube, Inc. and Tube Methods, Inc., trusted providers of small-diameter metallic tubing serving critical applications across aerospace & defense, medical, power generation and industrial end markets. This transaction marks the second platform investment in Cogenuity's inaugural fund and is a direct reflection of its mission to build and scale advanced industrial businesses.
