NATO-Industry Forum 2025 will take place in Bucharest on 5th and 6th Novemberand will be organized under the auspices of the NATO Secretary General.The event is co-organized by Allied Command Transformation and the Defence Industry, Innovation and Armaments Division of the NATO HQ International Staff, with the support of the Ministry of National Defence. By hosting this forum, Romania reaffirms its commitment to support the strategic dialogue between NATO and defence industry.
The President of Romania and the NATO Secretary General as well as NATO and EU high-ranking civilian and military leaders will participate in the Forum on Thursday, November 6th, alongside the Minister of National Defence, Liviu-Ionuț Moșteanu and Ms. Tarja Jaakkola, NATO's Assistant Secretary General for Defence Industry, Innovation and Armaments (ASG D2IA).
The event brings together more than 800 participants from 26 NATO member and partner countries, as well as over 300 defence industry companies. NIF25's main objectives aim to search for concrete solutions to increase the Alliance's defence capability, including: identifying innovative mechanisms necessary to increase defence production, capitalising on commercial innovation, especially dual-use technologies, as well as exploring solutions that could fundamentally change the way we will act in the future.

Access of accredited journalists to the Forum will only be allowed on November 6th session, at the Marriott Hotel, Bucharest.
The badges will be handed over to the journalists on Thursday, November 6th, between 06:45-07:45, and the media events will take place between 08:30-17:00.
The opening of the second day of the Forum will be marked by several keynote speeches delivered, between 08:30-09:15, by the President of Romania, NATO Secretary General and the Supreme Allied Command Transformation (SACT). The media representatives will subsequently have access to the panels:

- "Demand Signals to Innovate, Accelerate and Sustain" (10.00), session which follows the Chatam House rules.

- NIF Session "Talk with NATO leadership" with ASG D2IA and SACT (16.00-16.45), session which follows the Chatam House rules.
Most of the activities will be conducted in the English language.
