The law on the federal budget for 2026 and the 2027–2028 planning period
The key parameters of the federal budget for 2026 were determined based on the projected gross domestic product of 235,067 billion rubles and the inflation rate of no more than 4 percent. The projected total federal budget revenue amounts to 40,283.3 billion rubles while expenditures are forecasted at 44,069.7 billion rubles, leaving a planned deficit of 3,786.4 billion rubles.
