Governor Newsom signs legislation 7.6.26

SACRAMENTO - Governor Gavin Newsom today announced that he has signed the following bills:

  • AB 1625 by Assemblymember Stephanie Nguyen (D-Elk Grove) - Sacramento Regional Transit District: board compensation.

  • AB 1683 by the Committee on Insurance - Workers' compensation: prepaid cards.

  • AB 2791 by the Committee on Natural Resources - Public resources.

  • SB 165 by the Committee on Budget and Fiscal Review - Skilled nursing facilities: reimbursement rates.

  • SB 166 by the Committee on Budget and Fiscal Review - Public resources trailer bill.

  • SB 1437 by the Committee on Revenue and Taxation - Property taxation: intercounty pipeline: right-of-way assessment: full cash value.
