Sweet Shade Universal Playground Ribbon Cutting
Join us in celebrating a space for everyone at the opening of Irvine's first universal playground Thursday, November 14, from 1 to 2:30 p.m. at Sweet Shade Neighborhood Park, located at 15 Sweet Shade in Irvine.
Sweet Shade Universal Playground will feature multigenerational play components designed to create an inclusive and engaging experience for individuals with disabilities, as well as their parents and caregivers. The new playground includes Bankshot Basketball, adaptive swings, a sensory garden, family restrooms, and more.
We look forward to celebrating this welcoming space where everyone can play and connect.
