CANCELACIÓN DE EMISOR - VALORES
La Superintendencia de Compañías, Valores y Seguros, mediante Resolución No. SCVS-INMV-DNAR-2026-00003078 de 20 de marzo de 2026, resolvió CANCELAR en el Catastro Público del Mercado de Valores la inscripción de los valores emitidos por la compañía TIENDAS INDUSTRIALES ASOCIADAS TIA S.A. cuya oferta pública de la NOVENA EMISIÓN DE OBLIGACIONES DE LARGO PLAZO que fue autorizada mediante resolución No. SCVS-INMV-DNAR-2018-00007580 del 23 de agosto de 2018 por el monto de hasta USD $20'000.000,00 amparada por garantía general, la cual ha sido cancelada en su totalidad.
