Water Crews Working to Repair Water Main Break on East Genesee Street

The City of Syracuse Department of Water is working to repair a water main on the 1800 block of East Genesee Street. Households and businesses in the area will experience water service disruptions until the evening. East Genesee Street between Bassett Street and Columbus Avenue will be closed to all vehicle traffic until repair work is completed. Sidewalks remain open and traffic detours are in place.
