Dentons advised Drive Capital on its participation in VAST Data's Series F financing, a significant late-stage transaction reflecting continued investment in AI infrastructure and data platforms. The round included both primary and secondary capital, bringing the total transaction value to approximately $1 billion and valuing VAST Data at $30 billion. Drive Capital led the financing with participation from Access Industries, Fidelity Management & Research Company, NEA, NVIDIA, and others. The matter underscores Dentons' ongoing work advising venture capital investors on complex, high-value financings.
