A public information session and demonstration on the newly established short-term rental lodging tax payment process will be held on January 28, 2026, at 10:00 a.m., at the Santa Fe Convention Center, 201 West Marcy Street.
Neumo, a third-party contractor, will begin collecting lodging tax for short-term rentals on behalf of the City in February 2026.
This event will provide an overview of the new lodging tax reporting portal and required forms, along with a live demonstration of how to use the system. Attendees will also have the opportunity to ask questions and receive additional information on short-term rental lodging tax reporting.
