MONDAY, February 16
County offices will be closed in observance of the President's Day holiday.

TUESDAY, February 17
8:30 a.m. - Executive Session
Pursuant to Colorado Revised Statute § 24-6-402 (4), upon the affirmative vote
of two-thirds of the quorum present, the La Plata County Board of County Commissioners will hold an executive session to discuss the following matters:

1. The purchase, acquisition, lease, transfer, or sale of real, personal or other property pursuant to Colo. Rev. Stat. § 24-6-402(4)(a). Purpose: Disposition of the Old Main Post Office and Schluter lots.

10:00 a.m. - Planning Agenda Meeting
The Board will consider:

1. Reimbursement Agreement for Silverpick Conceptual Development Plan.
