Smiles

Someone asked me yesterday to post The Band's "Up on Cripple Creek" to honor the passing of keyboardist Garth Hudson. I can never say no to that type of request! I was lucky enough to interview Hudson for New Orleans' OffBeat Magazine. Hudson was a kind, humble man, and a great storyteller. I loved talking with him about his craft-he told me that if he could get his left hand to play keyboards as well as his right hand, he would have it all figured out. I think he had it all together just fine!
