Kristi Forman, DBA, has been named the associate vice chancellor for Enrollment Management. In this newly created position, Dr. Forman is responsible for driving the successful execution of the institution's Strategic Enrollment Plan and aligning enrollment initiatives with organizational mission, academic priorities and financial objectives. In partnership with campus leadership and college and program colleagues, Dr. Forman will develop a forward-looking, data-driven enrollment strategy that enhances institutional competitiveness, strengthens student pipelines and ensures an exceptional experience for prospective and current students.

Dr. Forman will foster broad collaboration across academic, administrative and external stakeholders, leveraging advanced technologies and analytics to optimize operations and elevate the institution's visibility and market position.

"Kristi is well-respected at UT Health Sciences, where after only one year in her tenure with us, the Faculty Senate honored her with their Administrator of the Year award."
Dr. Forman has a long history of success in the enrollment management space, with 18 years of experience spanning undergraduate, graduate and adult learners. Before joining UT Health Sciences, she served as the director of Admissions at Christian Brothers University and has held enrollment management positions at Strayer University and Belmont University. She joined UT Health Sciences in January 2021 as the director of Faculty Affairs. In 2023, Dr. Forman transitioned to Enrollment Management as director of Admissions Operations. In this role, she led a team that supports admissions processes for more than 40 academic programs. Beginning in 2025, Dr. Forman also served as the interim assistant vice chancellor of Enrollment Management.
Dr. Forman launched the innovative UT Health Sciences Ambassador program, led the implementation of the Slate customer relationship management platform and contributed to the development of the institution's first strategic enrollment plan. She earned a bachelor's degree in psychology from Christian Brothers University, a master's degree in education from Strayer University and a doctorate in business administration from Wilmington University.
