After it self-disclosed conduct to OIG, BBH BMC, LLC d/b/a Baptist Health Brookwood Hospital LLC (BBH), Birmingham, Alabama, entered into a $105,943.56 settlement agreement with OIG. The settlement agreement resolves allegations that BBH submitted claims for mitral Transcatheter Edge-to-Edge Repair procedures when BBH did not meet certain Medicare coverage requirements to receive reimbursement for those procedures.
