Effective September 30, 2025, the position of Chief Revenue Officer will be eliminated and the functions will be addressed by the general managers of the payment software and biller segments and the regional sales leaders. As a result, Mr. Alessandro Silva will be leaving the Company on that date. In connection with his departure, the Company will provide customary benefits under its severance policy.
