Maker Match Night Wednesday at UW

University of Wyoming undergraduate students 18 years or older -- looking for sparks to fly, or to meet new friends -- can participate in Maker Match Night, a speed dating experience, Wednesday, Feb. 11, from 7-9 p.m.

The event, only for UW undergraduate students, is hosted by the UW Innovation Network and will take place in the Make-IT Lab, located at the Information Technology Building. Registration is required and limited to 40 students. To register, visit https://uwyo.libcal.com/event/16362134.

During Maker Match Night, students will create themed projects and display their work. Each student will then choose a project on display and meet its maker.

"It's a relaxed, creative way to spark conversation, build friendships and maybe even find a special connection," organizers say.
