Tickets are on sale now for the July 26 "Celebrating The Women of Broadway" concert in the air-conditioned Charleston Heights Arts Center theatre, located at 800 Brush St. The concert by Rose Kingsley will feature iconic songs from beloved musicals such as Funny Girl, My Fair Lady, West Side Story, and more! General admission $10 tickets for the 2 p.m. show are on sale online at https://vivenu.com/event/celebrating-the-women-of-broadway-17p66m. If available, event day tickets will be sold at the theatre box office. Doors will open a half-hour before showtime.
Kingsley, diva of The Metropolitan Opera, Broadway and Capital Records, will take the audience on a musical journey with her rich sultry voice and four-octave range, singing the songs that made women famous on Broadway. Female artists that will be honored include Liza Minnelli, Barbra Streisand, Sarah Brightman, Ella Fitzgerald, Bernadette Peters, and many more.
