Striping to begin on U.S. Route 65 in Carroll and Livingston counties M…

ST. JOSEPH, Mo. - Capital Paving and Construction, LLC working with the Missouri Department of Transportation, began a resurfacing project on U.S. Route 65 in Carroll and Livingston counties in April 2025. To complete the project, the contractor will be striping Route 65 from U.S. Route 36 in Chillicothe to north of County Road 368, north of Waverly, beginning Monday, March 16.

Traffic Impacts: Striping will be a moving operation. Motorists should expect delays. A 16-foot width restriction will be in place.

All work is anticipated to be complete by Friday, March 20.
