Kyra Obolensky Named Europe Health Lead As APCO Strengthens Global Health Advisory Leadership

BRUSSELS - 30 September 2026: APCO, a global advisory and advocacy firm, today announced the appointment of Kyra Obolensky as Europe health lead, based in the firm's Brussels office.

Obolensky brings more than 20 years of experience in government affairs, policy strategy and corporate, external and crisis communications, with a specific focus on the pharmaceutical sector to strengthen APCO's Global Health practice and lead the firm's European healthcare advisory team.

A trusted advisor to the C-suite, she has supported two global CEOs and led communications on a range of corporate issues and crisis work. A seasoned consultant and advisor, Obolensky also brings over a decade of experience in consultancy, working across a range of regulated industries and public policy bodies, including the European Commission and the World Health Organization.
