Office of General Counsel publishes guidance on federal immigration changes

The Office of General Counsel, in collaboration with the Center for Global Engagement, has created a "Frequently Asked Questions Related to Federal Immigration Changes" (must be logged into Boise State account to access). These FAQs provide resources and guidance with regard to immigration changes occurring at the federal level that may impact members of the Boise State University community.

Please be advised that these are general resources and the landscape surrounding these questions is rapidly evolving. Students, faculty and staff with questions surrounding their own status, or the impact of these changes on them personally, should consult with their own independent legal counsel, if possible. The Office of General Counsel will continue to host additional resources in the coming weeks which can be found in the resources section of their website.
