NOTICE OF WATER RIGHT APPLICATION

LAS 29990

Pursuant to AS 46.15.133 and 11 AAC 93.080, notice is hereby given that Eagle Utilities, Inc., PO Box 3489, Palmer, Alaska 99645, applied for a permit to appropriate water on November 12, 2014. The application proposes the following:

The withdrawal of up to 100,000 gallons/day year-round for a public water supply for Tract 1A of The Ranch Phase 7B Subdivision, and all Lots, Blocks, and Tracts of View Pointe at the Ranch Subdivision, View Pointe at the Ranch Addn. 1, Phase 1,2, and 3 Subdivisions, and View Pointe East Phase 1 Subdivision, according to Recorded Plat No's. 2020-93, 2021-14, 2021-105, 2022-31, 2021-113, and 2024-69, Palmer Recording District, Third Judicial District, State of Alaska.

The proposed source is a drilled well, 444 feet deep, located within Tract A of View Pointe at the Ranch Subdivision, listed above.

Per AS 46.15.133 (a), within 15 days of publication or service of notice, persons may file with the director written objections. Comments or objections must be made in writing to the above listed address or to jonathan.tucker@alaska.gov by 5:00 pm on April 17, 2025. Objection must include the objector's name and address, and any facts tending to show that the rights of the objector or the public interest would be adversely affected by the proposed appropriation.
