The builder will offer eight floor plan options situated on 55-foot homesites. These homes will range in size from approximately 1,930 to 3,340 square feet.

Community amenities will include parks, sports fields, zip lines, a climbing wall, walking trails, a two-acre lake with dock, an open-air pavilion, event lawns, fire pits and a swimming pool.
