New Interactive Web-Based Land Use Bylaw

The new user-friendly, interactive web-based Land Use Bylaw gives residents and business owners improved access to search, plan and find key information they need.

Improved Access

The web-based Land Use Bylaw transforms what used to be a downloadable PDF to a modern, interactive platform where residents and the development community can access this important document with greater ease. New features include:

  • Compatibility with most computers, tablets or mobile phones.
  • Pop-ups for definitions, to easily understand key words in each section without flipping back and forth between pages.
  • Pop-ups for conversion, which allow you to convert from metres to feet - for ease of working in both systems.
  • Search feature that allows users to find topics more easily.

Residents and business owners can also search, plan and view search addresses within the city, and view the Land Use District applied to parcels of land on the Land Use Bylaw map
