The award witnesses and recognizes FedEx human resources innovations and is the latest result of the company's long-term efforts to strengthen corporate culture.

The assessment was based on four criteria: strategic alignment with company strategies and culture, impact on employee experience and employee engagement, innovation and creativity, and impact on business result.[1]
