WHEATON, Ill., June 18, 2026 - Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), a leading commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in investment sales, financing, research and advisory services, announced today the sale of a two-tenant retail center occupied by Chipotle and Scout Veterinarian Urgent Care in Wheaton, Illinois. The property sold for $4.35 million.

Austin Weisenbeck and Sean Sharko, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap's Chicago Oak Brook office, exclusively marketed the property on behalf of the seller, a local developer and repeat client of the Sharko | Weisenbeck | Mendoza Group. Patel, from the firm's Tampa office, and Dan Yozwiak, from the Columbus office, procured the buyer, an Ohio-based private investor focused on portfolio diversification, depreciation benefits and long-term income generation.
The 5,849-square-foot retail center is located at 1962 S. Naperville Rd. and was completed in 2023. Located in affluent DuPage County, the property is positioned along a major retail corridor surrounded by leading shopping destinations, including Town Square Wheaton, Danada Square and Rice Lake Square.
