Material Event (Form 8-K)

Item 8.01 Other Events.

Reference is hereby made to the Pooling and Servicing Agreement (the "Benchmark 2023-V2 PSA") dated as of May 1, 2023, relating to the Benchmark 2023-V2 Mortgage Trust (the "Issuing Entity") (filed as Exhibit 4.1 to the registrant's Current Report on Form 8-K filed on May 25, 2023 under Commission File No. 333-262701-03). Effective as of September 1, 2026, C-IV Asset Management LLC succeeded to Greystone Servicing Company LLC in the capacity described below and will act as successor:

· special servicer under the pooling and servicing agreement relating to BANK5 2023-5YR3 (filed as Exhibit 4.1 to the registrant's Current Report on Form 8-K filed on October 4, 2023 under Commission File No. 333-262701-03) pursuant to which the Heritage Plaza mortgage loan, an asset of the Issuing Entity, is serviced.

A copy of the related Assignment and Assumption Agreement (Special Servicing), dated September 1, 2026, is attached hereto as Exhibit 20.1.
