Panorama City, CA: ROBBERY OF USPS LETTER CARRIER

The suspect was described as a Hispanic male in his late teens or early twenties, brown eyes, and approximately 5' 9" with a lean build. He was wearing a blue bandana covering his nose and mouth, a light gray zip-up sweatshirt, long black or dark gray basketball style shorts, white socks, and black athletic shoes. The U.S. Postal Inspection Service is offering a reward of up to $150,000 for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the suspect who robbed a USPS letter carrier on September 4, 2025, at approximately 12:55 p.m., inside an apartment complex located at 9010 Cedros Avenue, Panorama City, CA 91402.
