NIFA Awards $7.9M in Animal Reproduction Grants

USDA's National Institute of Food and Agriculture has awarded $7.9 million to fund 16 projects that support animal reproduction. The projects funded by the Agriculture and Food Research Initiative (AFRI) Foundational and Applied Science Program - Animal Reproduction (A1211), focuses on enhancing gonadal function, preventing pregnancy loss, and improving estrus response to enhance fertility in livestock.
