County Commissioners go 'On The Road' to Pine River Library on July 23
The La Plata County Board of County Commissioners (BoCC) will again hold its popular On the Road meetings at several locations this summer.
The community meetings, which are open to all county residents, provide an opportunity for informal discussion with the BoCC and key staff (i.e. Community Development, Road & Bridge, Sheriff's office, etc.) to discuss issues of interest and concern.
The July On the Road meeting of the year will be held Wednesday, July 23 from 6-7:30 p.m. at the Pine River Library, 395 Bayfield Center Drive.
Meetings also are scheduled this summer for the following dates/locations:
- Wednesday, Aug. 13 from 6-7:30 p.m., Animas Valley Elementary School, 373 Hermosa Meadows Rd., Durango
- Wednesday, Aug. 27 from 6-7:30 p.m., Vallecito Lake Event Center, 17252 C.R. 501
