Marcus & Millichap Arranges $5M Sale of CVS in Naples, Florida

NAPLES, Fla., Oct. 30, 2026 - Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), a leading commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in investment sales, financing, research and advisory services, announced the sale of a CVS in Naples, Florida. The asset sold for $5 million.

"The property's location along Tamiami Trail, strong surrounding demographics and proximity to downtown Naples made it an attractive opportunity for the buyer."

The property at 2515 Shadowlawn Drive is a 13,013-square-foot retail property on a 1.76-acre lot. It was built in 2004, and fronts Tamiami Trail in East Naples. The property is close to Naples Airport, about two miles from downtown Naples. It is also surrounded by residential properties, retailers, restaurants and golf courses.
