Emerson Street, Mary Ellen Way to Ebach Drive, Closed Effective September 15, 2026 at 7:00 A.M.
Bloomington, IL - Beginning Tuesday September 15, at 7:00 a.m., Emerson Street, from Mary Ellen Way to Ebach Drive, will be closed to all traffic due to sanitary sewer work. This section of Emerson Street will be reopened as soon as work is completed.
