Discover Night City on Battle.net this November

It's official! Cyberpunk 2077 comes to Battle.net on November 10! Players will be able to purchase CD PROJEKT RED's dark future RPG and its acclaimed spy-thriller expansion Phantom Liberty either separately or together as part of the Ultimate Edition!

Excitingly, this will include all content coming as part of the free Edgerunners 2 Update - which was showcased in the latest REDstreams episode. This brand-new update brings a ton of content and features to the game, including specific additions closely linked to Cyberpunk: Edgerunners 2, the anime series set to premiere on Netflix on October 20.

In preparation for Cyberpunk 2077's launch on Battle.net - and the announcement of a new update - let's take a look at just some of what you can experience as part of the Edgerunners 2 Update coming November 10 on Battle.net.

Edgerunners 2 Content

Content inspired by the latest installment of the hit anime series, created by CD PROJEKT RED and TRIGGER, comes to Cyberpunk 2077 in multiple forms - including a dedicated quest! Meet characters from the show in an intense gig set before the events of Cyberpunk: Edgerunners 2, including one of the show's main protagonists: veteran cyberpunk Weak "King" Kingsley.

Alongside the quest, you'll also be able to pick up some new gear right out of the anime: King's coat, vest, pants, glasses, and his iconic revolver!

And if you need some extra Edgerunners vibes to go along with your merc work, a brand-new radio station is also coming with the update, bringing 16 tracks from both Cyberpunk: Edgerunners and Cyberpunk: Edgerunners 2.

Cyberware Customization

Meet the Glamdocs! In Night City, you get cyberware installed by a ripperdoc, but now there are some new 'docs in town and they are all about aesthetics. With the Edgerunners 2 Update, five new Glamdocs have set up shop in Night City, offering customizable cyberware in a variety of styles, colors, and designs - which can also be tweaked further once you've put down some eddies. This is a new way to change up your style, making cyberware pop even more before you start taking apart foes in battle.

Dual Wielding

Why use one pistol when you can overkill with two? With the introduction of new, dedicated dual-wielding perks, you can blast foes to kingdom come by equipping a pistol or revolver in each hand. Set yourself up like a legendary solo, and experiment with this totally fresh playstyle.

Cross-Platform Mods

The Edgerunners 2 Update marks the introduction of Cross-Platform Mod Support via Mod.io integration. A new Mods panel will be added to the game, where you can discover and install mods that change up your Night City experience. Expect more to be added and supported as time goes by too!

Night City Tours

Take a break from gigs and learn a little Night City history. Night City Tours offer insight from the city's founder himself, the late Richard Night. Hear about landmarks and locations from Mr. Night, and how his plans for the city match up with the reality of 2077.

Minor Arcana Tarot Cards

As you explore Night City, you'll run into mysterious tarot card glitches. Your friend Misty is always on hand to help divine their meaning, so you'll definitely want to hear what she has to say with 12 new minor arcana cards to discover across town.
